15-minute support calls can answer specific questions about:

  • Scenario Analysis (How do I model X, Y, or Z?)
  • Range Calc (How do I interpret this spike?)
  • Roth Conversions (In Scenario Analysis, the Roth Explainer, and Roth Projection Tool)
  • Tax Report (What does this section or observation mean?)

 

Not covered in these calls:

  • Billing, upgrade, or subscription questions
  • Administrative questions (Adding users, adjusting units, adding logos, disclaimer language, etc.)
  • General or first-time walkthroughs of the software (Check out our extensive Knowledge Base for help with this!)

 

We cannot provide tax advice or recommendations, such as the ideal amount of a Roth conversion, the optimal amount of capital gains to realize, or other similar items. To make the most of our time together, please let us know what you’d like to discuss. Provide the URL to the page in question if possible, so we can come prepared. 

 

The support team reserves the right to cancel a scheduled call that does not fit into the topics above.
