Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone awesome to add to our fun, positive, and hardworking team. More specifically, we’re looking for a team player to join our existing Senior Support Specialists to address complex user issues requiring more in-depth tax and product knowledge.

This person will be as passionate as we are about delighting our future and current customers and helping us maintain the high level of service that our users have come to expect. If you are an excellent verbal and written communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver, this might be the ideal role for you.

We’re especially interested in finding someone with a flair for finding creative solutions instead of just following a script. Ideally, this individual will either have or will be working toward the CFP®, CPA, or EA designations, along with an interest in technology. Since the position will involve communication with financial advisors, advisory experience is required. SaaS or FinTech experience (particularly previous experience with Holistiplan) is preferred, but not required. In addition to strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time management, our ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner with an interest in becoming knowledgeable and proficient in our industry niche.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Developing extensive knowledge of the Holistiplan Tax Report, Scenario Analysis, Roth Projection, and Property & Casualty Report tools, as well as ancillary tools related to reporting and project staging
  • Answering user inquiries as to how to interpret elements of the Tax Report, appropriately model scenarios in Scenario Analysis, understand Range Calc, model Roth conversion projections, and other software usability issues
  • Conducting 1:1 Zoom sessions with Premium subscribers to go more in-depth with questions not adequately solved via email or chat
  • Creating content in our Knowledge Base to serve as documentation for processes and program features
  • Presenting webinars to help educate users on various elements of the program
  • Identifying new and/or improved ways to better communicate the features of the program to our users
  • Staying up to date with tax code changes to help the product team with future developments and enhancements, as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert during product testing
  • Identifying and solving issues related to tax returns that have failed the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process and the first attempt at data entry, should that team need extra help during periods of high volume
  • Communicating with the OCR/data entry team as to the nature of any identified issues to help them address similar issues in the future

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation
  • 401(k) matching
  • Health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision)
  • Unlimited PTO with a team that uses and encourages time off
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-5 Central Time
  • Work Location: Remote (US only)
  • Monthly Wellness & Office Space Reimbursements
