Pay: Base Salary of $50,000 with monthly variable compensation

Location: This is a fully remote position in the US only

Who We’re Looking For

We need a high energy and motivated Sales Development Representative to add to our fun, positive, and hard working team. We are looking for a team player who will use their communication skills and exceptional ability to connect with people to help us start long lasting relationships with financial advisors across the country. This person will report directly to our Director of Sales and be on the foundational SDR team, presenting strong upward mobility in your career.

If you have a background in sales, support, or fintech, and are an excellent verbal and written communicator, this might be the job for you. Organization, attention to detail, listening skills, and time management will be critical. The ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner with an interest in becoming knowledgeable and proficient in our industry niche.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Working through various lead and prospect lists to contact and qualify as efficiently as possible, contributing to the overall success of the Sales team
  • You will proactively reach out to prospective clients to build interest in Holistiplan
  • Lead generation, development, strategy, metrics, and pipeline management
  • Play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new opportunities for the company
  • Strong ability to adapt, and master contact management
  • Become proficient with our tech stack, offering input along the way to help us improve our operations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the revenue team
  • Knowledge of Holistiplan, our solution, and how to effectively explain features and benefits
