The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representative to join our foundational SDR team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in our growth engine. As a remote contractor based in Brazil, you will be the first point of contact for financial advisors across the U.S. Organization, attention to detail, listening skills, and time management will be critical. This is a “ground-floor” opportunity with significant upward mobility as we continue to scale our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Excellence: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social channels to qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to lead generation strategies, metrics tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Become an expert in our CRM and sales tools, providing feedback to help optimize our operations.
  • Team Synergy: Work closely with the revenue team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of Holistiplan’s features to effectively articulate our value proposition to advisors.
  • Achieve Quota: Hit or exceed monthly quotas as a competitive team player who thrives in a quota based atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Fintech (preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional listening skills, attention to detail, and a “hunter” mindset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth US startup culture.
