Role Overview

Holistiplan is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing engine across acquisition, lifecycle, expansion, and product-led growth initiatives. This is not a brand-from-scratch role or a one-off request desk. It’s a high-impact, collaborative design role for someone who enjoys translating messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy into clear, compelling visual storytelling. You’ll partner closely with content, product marketing, and campaign teams to enable faster launches, stronger consistency, and better performance across campaigns, product-led growth, and sales enablement. The Graphic Designer will be a core partner in helping Holistiplan grow efficiently, tell a clearer story, and execute with speed – not just design faster, but design smarter.

What You’ll Do

  • Design marketing and product marketing assets across the funnel, including:
  • Campaign creatives (ads, landing pages, social images, video)
  • Product and feature value campaigns
  • Lifecycle and product onboarding assets
  • Sales and customer enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, visuals)
  • Event materials including print and swag, and on-site materials (booth, pull-ups
  • banners)
  • Support website and landing page updates
  • Create repeatable templates and systems to speed up campaign execution
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting visuals for different audiences
  • Iterate on creative based on performance feedback (conversion, engagement, usage)
  • Assist marketing team with daily tasks and play a key supporting role in a variety of
  • projects
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to translate strategy, messaging, and positioning into
  • strong visual execution
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, sales, and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams in Agile marketing methodology to develop and execute brand strategies that drive business objectives
  • Work with vendors to coordinate the production of marketing materials and event assets


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing design (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong brand management experience, with a focus on graphic design and creative execution
  • Strong portfolio across web, email, paid, and sales enablement assets
  • Strong eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and typography
  • Ability to take strategic direction and execute independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong command of modern digital design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent); experience working within shared design systems and component libraries required
  • Light motion or video experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in WordPress environments, including designing and implementing page layouts
  • Experience supporting PLG or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience designing for financial, tax, or professional services audiences
  • Understanding of how creative impacts funnel metrics and adoption
