Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated Customer Success Specialist to temporarily join our team and support key customer engagement efforts. This short-term role is perfect for someone with customer-facing experience who enjoys building relationships, handling renewal conversations, and driving proactive outreach. You’ll focus on calling customers to discuss upcoming changes, payments, and support renewal and retention efforts.

You’ll report directly to the Director of Customer Success and work closely with a collaborative, fast-moving team that plays a vital role in customer communication and the overall retention strategy.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to customers for a variety of purposes, upcoming renewals, failed payment, and follow-ups on prior outreach
  • Record and send personalized Loom videos to walk customers through their information, what is changing, deadlines, and actions for them to take
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the success of the team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Customer Success Team, via email and slack
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and Loom
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
