Who we’re looking for
We are looking to add to our high-performing team with an individual who understands what it takes to fully embrace a hybrid sales motion. We need care and responsiveness to our inbound funnel while also being able to effectively work a territory and drive outbound sales. This person seeks to understand the expected outcomes, takes initiative, and works entrepreneurially to get it done. You are a validated winner who has experienced breakthrough results. Someone curious, data-driven, and willing to put in the effort to become a subject matter expert in our space. We need a team player who knows that winning is a team sport.
You will be working closely with the GTM teams and have influence and feedback that support the company and the future growth of our business. This needs to be someone who has been in a position where you have seen SMB repeatedly win and scale. This role requires proven operational excellence and polished communication skills.

This role is critical in helping us achieve our desired goals and outcomes for 2025 and beyond. With exceptional product-market fit, we need to continue to invest in our foundational GTM teams and find the right mix of supporting and meeting demand. This person will report directly to our Director of Sales.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outbound motion and strategy to support your pipeline contribution and that sets you up for consistent success.
- Help influence and convert inbound funnel opportunities in as timely of a manner as possible.
- Consistently hitting and achieving monthly quotas.
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software multiple times per-day.
- Cultivate professional relationships with prospects, customers, and employees throughout each organization.
- Ongoing use of Hubspot as our current CRM and a supporting tech stack (Gong, ChiliPiper, Zoom)
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Holistiplan’s solution offerings.
- Be available to attend critical and strategic events, representing the company at a booth and in various social settings. Required travel time varies, but usually lands between 10-15%
- Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to deliver a sales cycle that supports advisor needs/outcomes and that best positions us to support their needs.
- Develop and maintain positive internal relationships with other functional areas, ensuring a collaborative approach to maintain growth, upleveling, and learnings.
- Quickly problem-solve for pain points in the moment while helping develop long-term solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, where successes are replicated and learnings from setbacks are applied to future endeavors.
