Now, advisors have innovative tax planning tools at their fingertips to find opportunities to work with their clients to reduce their client’s lifetime tax burden and preserve their wealth.

 

Description:

Responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing strategic relationships with key external partners to achieve mutual business goals, including driving revenue and brand awareness by fostering collaboration and aligning partner interests with their own company’s objectives. This role involves scaling existing partnerships, identifying potential partnerships, negotiating agreements, overseeing joint marketing initiatives, and ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction with partners. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Deepen Existing Partner Relationships
Work to understand a partner’s organizational structure and business goals and develop a long-term strategy with your partner to help them meet their business goals alongside Holistiplan.

 

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Be comfortable operating with and exceeding revenue-focused goals at the individual level.

 

Partner Identification and Development:
Actively seek out and identify potential strategic partnerships that align with Holistiplan’s goals and market needs. 


Relationship Building:
Establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations through regular communication and engagement. Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts at partner organizations. 


Strategic Thinking:
You’re able to put together a high level plan, milestones, and execute against it. You thrive in high-growth startup environments; you’re collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful. You have strong project management skills and operate with ownership and transparency.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate cross functionally across the GTM (Go To Market) team to drive growth and adoption of partnerships to deliver the best client experience.

 

Strong Communication and Presentation Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and clearly convey information to partners. Comfortable presenting and demoing products to small and large audiences, both virtually and in person.

 

Joint Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with partner teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, promotional activities, and sales initiatives. 


Partner Onboarding,  Training and Support:

Provide partners with comprehensive onboarding and training on company products, services, and partnership processes. Address partner concerns, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues to maintain positive relationships. 


Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of relationship management experience ideally in B2B or fintech.

Strategic thinker: You care about our clients’ experience and want them to have the best experience working with us. 

Collaborative: You communicate effectively and work well with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Presentation skills 
  • Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot 
  • Experience with contract review and contract negotiations
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
