Inbound Account Executive

Pay: Base Salary + Monthly Variable

Location: This is a fully remote position

Within 45 seconds, Holistiplan’s OCR technology scans tax returns and creates a white-labeled client-facing Tax Report highlighting opportunities for financial planners and investment advisors. Now, advisors have innovative tax planning tools at their fingertips to find opportunities to work with their clients to reduce their client’s lifetime tax burden and preserve their wealth.


Who we’re looking for:
We need a high energy and motivated Inbound Account Executive to add to our team. We are looking for a team player who will use their communication skills and exceptional ability to connect with people to help us start long-lasting relationships with financial advisors across the country. This role will support a high-volume of advisors trialing the software and lead to a steady flow of demos on a daily basis. The focus is all about helping advisors get the experience and support they need to best support their clients. 

This person will report directly to our SVP of Sales and be on the foundational Inbound Account Executive Team, presenting strong upward mobility in your career.

This role exists to help support a high demand of inbound interest, most specifically those who are entering into a free-trial subscription and need additional assistance throughout the trial period. 

If you have a background in SaaS or FinTech, and are an excellent verbal and written communicator, this might be the job for you. This role is particularly compelling for folks who are currently in Business Development Roles or new to a closing role and looking for a new challenge.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Holistiplan, our solution, and how to effectively explain features and benefits
  • Work through various inbound and free-trial stages to demonstrate the software, offer support, ask questions, and balance selling and onboarding as efficiently as possible.
  • You will proactively reach out to prospective clients to maintain interest in Holistiplan and support efforts to become a monthly or annual subscriber. 
  • Being comfortable presenting and demonstrating software multiple times per day, this will turn into one of your greatest strengths within the company. 
  • Supporting lead generation, development, strategy, metrics, and pipeline management will be crucial for success.
  • Play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new ways to optimize the trial experience.
  • Strong ability to adapt and master contact management
  • Become proficient with our tech stack, offering input along the way to help us improve our operations. (Hubspot, Gong, Zoom, Chili Piper etc)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the revenue team
  • Be available to attend critical and strategic events, representing the company at a booth and in various social settings. Required travel time varies, but it usually lands between 5-10%
